Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to HolidaysIndustry.com and the booking, account and travel services provided through our B2B travel platform.

Effective: 11 August 2026 Website: holidaysindustry.com B2B Travel Platform
Please read these Terms carefully

By registering an account, accessing the platform, submitting a booking or making payment, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the relevant travel agency or traveller and agree to these Terms.

01

Acceptance and Platform Operator

HolidaysIndustry.com is a B2B travel platform operated by Bakhtar Travel & Tourism L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms apply to registered travel agencies, authorised users, business partners and any person using the website or services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Additional terms displayed during a booking, including airline, hotel, fare, refund and supplier conditions, form part of the agreement for that transaction.

02

B2B Registration and Accounts

  • Registration is subject to approval and verification by Holidays Industry.
  • Agencies must provide accurate and current company, licence, ownership and contact information.
  • Each agency is responsible for all activity carried out through its account and authorised users.
  • Login credentials must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
  • Suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately.

We may suspend or restrict an account where information is inaccurate, payment is overdue, security is compromised, or these Terms are breached.

03

Bookings and Confirmations

Search results are based on information supplied by airlines, hotels and other third-party suppliers. Displayed availability does not guarantee confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only when the required payment has been received and a valid ticket, voucher or confirmation reference has been issued.

  • Passenger names must match the relevant passport or identification document exactly.
  • The agency must review dates, routes, names, baggage, fare conditions and other details before confirming payment.
  • Duplicate or speculative bookings may be cancelled and may attract supplier charges.
  • The agency is responsible for delivering all confirmations and travel conditions to the traveller.
04

Pricing, Taxes and Payments

Prices may include the supplier’s base fare, taxes, fees, surcharges and applicable Holidays Industry service or transaction charges.

Prices and availability may change until ticketing or final confirmation. Currency conversion and bank or payment-gateway charges may apply.

  • Full payment or sufficient account balance must be available before issuance.
  • The agency is responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees and transaction charges.
  • Credit or wallet balances cannot be treated as a bank deposit and do not earn interest.
  • Clearly incorrect prices caused by technical, supplier or data errors may be corrected before confirmation, subject to applicable law.
05

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Changes, cancellations, refunds and no-show conditions are determined primarily by the relevant supplier and fare rules.

  • Some bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable.
  • Supplier penalties, fare differences and Holidays Industry service charges may apply.
  • Cancellation or modification requests are not complete until confirmed by Holidays Industry.
  • Refunds are processed only after receipt from the relevant supplier.
  • Original service, payment-processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
No-show warning

Failure to travel or cancel before the supplier’s deadline may result in loss of the entire booking value and cancellation of remaining journey sectors.

06

Third-Party Supplier Terms

Airlines, hotels, insurance providers, transfer companies and other suppliers provide the underlying travel services. Their individual terms, fare rules and conditions also apply.

Holidays Industry acts as an intermediary for these services unless expressly stated otherwise. The supplier is responsible for providing the booked service according to its applicable terms and law.

07

Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements

Travellers and agencies are responsible for verifying all passport, visa, transit, immigration, vaccination, health and entry requirements before booking and travel.

  • Passport validity requirements differ by destination.
  • A visa or travel authorisation is never guaranteed unless issued by the competent authority.
  • Transit visas may be required even where the traveller does not leave the airport.
  • Holidays Industry is not responsible for refusal of boarding or entry resulting from missing, expired or incorrect documents.
08

Schedule Changes, Baggage and Special Requests

Flight times, terminals, routes and operating carriers may be changed by the airline. Travellers should reconfirm departure details before travel.

Baggage allowances and charges are determined by the operating carrier and specific fare. Special meals, seats, wheelchair assistance and other requests are subject to supplier confirmation and are not guaranteed.

Claims concerning delayed, damaged or lost baggage must normally be submitted directly to the operating carrier within its required deadline.

09

Acceptable Use and User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Make fraudulent, false, duplicate or speculative bookings.
  • Use another person’s payment method without proper authorisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, data or another agency’s account.
  • Copy, scrape, resell or misuse platform content, pricing or technology without written permission.
  • Use the platform in violation of sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements or other applicable laws.
10

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Agencies must contact Holidays Industry before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the matter can be investigated.

Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension. The agency remains responsible for valid booking charges, supplier penalties and reasonable costs resulting from the dispute, subject to applicable law.

11

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holidays Industry is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, insolvency or service failures of independent third-party suppliers.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss resulting from inaccurate information supplied by an agency, traveller or supplier.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

12

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government restriction, border closure, strike, system outage, cyber incident or supplier failure.

Any rebooking, credit or refund in these circumstances remains subject to the relevant supplier’s rules and applicable law.

13

Privacy and Communications

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Agencies must ensure that they are authorised to provide traveller information and documents through the platform.

Operational communications relating to accounts, security, bookings or service changes may be sent by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp using the contact information provided.

14

Changes, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, supplier requirements, technology or law. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution procedure, the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
